It is not hundred percent true. Age is a factor but not always. Some old people are very wise and always give you a good advice even if they have some kind of disease. On the other hand when people becomes old and have some kind of chronic disease which attacks to their minds, their ability to think wise and handle the matters become weak. False, because my greatgrandmother (93) knew all my stats in track, soccer, etc. but my other greatgrandmother (90) was sick and couldnt think sometimes. so FALSE!
