My Son's Lizard's(agama) Head Has Gone A Greenish Color The Past Few Days - Her head is usually a brownish greyish color and the past few days we have noticed her head is a greenish colour. She was also basking the other day with her mouth wide open.

The agama is a long tailed lizard. The agamas live in groups of 20-30 agamas. The one agama which is the older becomes dominant male while other male and female live under the dominant male. The body color of the dominant male is changed according to situations like at night or during fight depending upon his mood. So your son's lizard is not ill.
