    The word "shady" is an adjective and means a number of things. It refers to something as possessing a number of shades or being full of shades. It can also be used to refer to something as casting its shades. Shady can also refer to something as being dark, concealed or quiet. Shady can also be used to refer to a person or something related being of questionable character, hardly sincere and dubious in nature.

    "The deal sounded shady and Perry Mason agreed to investigate the matter further", or "He's quiet a shady character, moves around in all types of circles" are examples of the word "shady" being used in sentences.
