Can You Tell Me Different Boxing Exercises?

    Well i do kickboxing competitive, and what i usually do are jump rope, push ups, ghost boxing, sit ups, and another exercise , im not sure what it is called but what you do is lie down on your back with your hands under you butt, then you have your legs up almost 90 degrees, and you have someone push down your legs. You have to try and not let your legs or feet touch the ground, and keep your legs straight.
