She eats normal and plays normal too but when she goes to the bathroom after she's done i check her bum and i see the little blood in her anus is it worm or something worse?

Is there blood in the stool? My cat has same symptoms as yours - but i notice bright red blood in stool. I have been reading on feline IBD and Hematochezia. Maybe take a stool sample to the vet and also maybe get a blood work up.

Hi ya! I sometimes find fresh blood in my cat's stool and vet said it might be food intolerance. But I remember that when he was just few months old I noticed he had sometimes just blood around the anus (more like a bruise)+ temperature (first signs red-pinkish warm nose and ears) and vet gave him something for worms and he was fine after the treatment.
