You are obese if you are well over the prescribed weight for your height. Post another question stating your height and current weight and someone will help you.

Here's a body mas index (BMI) calculator to find your ideal body weight. Keep in mind that this is not that accurate specially for muscular people, but I am guessing that if you think you're obese then you most likely are.
