    Market model include the CAMP capital asset pricing model comparison, extended CAMP, and the APT.
    Required rate of return for a company is calculated as follow:


    • Takes the firm reaction to the various factor risks.

    • Multiply them by their respected lambdas, the market prices of the factor risk

    • Sum the products.

    • To this sum add the risk factor rate.
