    Baking soda is an essential component of various household services. It is also known as sodium hydrogen carbonate, sodium bicarb, bread soda, bicarbonate of soda as well as sodium bicarbonate. This is an inorganic compound and the chemical formula of baking soda is NaHCO3. This is a crystalline component but most of the time it looks like a fine powder.
