How To Start A Professional Debate?

We can no longer have debates on Blurtit. Considering this is the category this question was asked in. But. A debate must be presented with one clear and decisive subject. Which can only be answered with a yea or nay with concise and reputable information. It is best to have a moderator who is not involved in either format, and willing to check sources. Example: All cats are yellow. Any answers given would have to either give proof for or against that fact. My cat is yellow, so the parentage must be yellow,,,, holds no fact, and would be omitted. Ground rules need to be set, and a "moderator" of that debate in place.
