What Are The 'Newb' Weapons In Rainbow Six Vegas For XBox 360?

The weapons in Rainbow Six are achieved whilst working your way up the ranks of the multiplayer game.  With each new rank, we attain some kind of rewards, from camouflage, to head gear and most importantly weapons!

There are a number of weapons that allow for easy kills, these tend to be labelled 'Newb-Weapons' these are weapons which in certain circumstances allow Newbies (people new to the game) to get easy kills against more established and experienced players.

Newb-weapons include the Automatic XM Shotgun, this is a weapon that allows five rounds to be released at the click of one trigger.  The PSG sniper rifle allows 5 shots to be made without relloading and is best with the x12 and x6 scope.
The Glock 18 allows rapid fire from a lower end pistol but don't plan on killing a second enemy straight after, you won't have any rounds (similar problem with XM shotgun).

Explosives are also easy ways, and some team matches ban grenades and explosives.
