There are various types of insurances which are available nowadays. Marine insurance is also a type of insurance and it deals with the coverage of the  loss or damage of ships, cargo, terminals, and luggage. Luggage insurance also comes under marine insurance because it is the luggage which is transported by the cargo. Some insurance companies offer Cargo insurance as an option in marine insurance. Marine insurance follows the same sets of rules which are defined for other types of insurances.
