A corn is just hard skin, a bit like scar tissue. It won't grow into your bones.

A corn is a localised aggregation of dead skin, formed in response to excessive pressure or friction.  They do not have roots - they are not plants!  It will not grow into the bone, but if the pressure on the corn is too excessive AND prolonged, then the tissue between the corn and any bone underneath could die - which process is called aseptic necrosis.  You would then have developed an ulcer.
You need to see a Podiatrist, who can easily deal with this corn for you.

No corns don't grow into your bones, however they can be very painful and sometimes need to be surgically removed.  Hope this helps.  Good-Luck
