Is Pelvic Pain And Dizziness A Sign Of Cancer?
I have had pain in my lower left pelvic area, brown discharge and have been lightheaded or dizzy for the past two days. I cannot take off of work to go to the Dr. So I am researching for myself. Is this a sign of anything?

Yes pain in the left side of the pelvic area and brown discharge can be signs of Endometrical Cancer. But it can also be symptoms of a cyst in the ovary, large fibroids or interstitial cystitis. The best would be to take some time out and get a complete checkup before coming to any conclusions.
