What Can I Do In Oklahoma City?

I am on Holiday in Oklahoma City. What is there to do?

A city of diverse interest, Oklahoma City will show you the spectacular, the wild, the historic and even the sad story of the city. With a city this big, it's hard to believe this city was populated within a day in 1889. We narrow it down to five places, so get a glimpse of everything about Oklahoma City.

1. Visit Oklahoma City National Memorial
Dedicated to the tragedy that struck Oklahoma in 1995, you'll still see the letters to the victims and the Survivor Tree for everyone who survived and is left behind.

2. Visit Myrad Botanical Garden
A breathtaking garden with over a thousand various species from around the world. You may or may not cover the entire 17 acres but you'll get the idea of its immensity once you get there. Definitely great for the kids.

3. Go to the Oklahoma State Fair Park
If you happen to visit Oklahoma City from June to October, you have to be in this place at these months. The most popular shows here are all about outdoor activities especially with horses. Motor shows also book their fairs here once in a while.

4. Dine at The Wilds Restaurant and Nature Park
Located along the historic Route 66, the Park/Restaurant serves classic American foods that you shouldn't miss. Order one of their famous steaks and eat to your heart's content.

5. A healthy shopping in The Health Food Center
Attendants are all experts in healthy foods and will be more than willing to recommend something good for you. Their Juice Bar is a must for all visitors.
