Oatmeal soap is really good, and an astringent of some kind, try to keep your skin dry, but you know, not TOO dry or it will start to peel. Maybe a trip to a dermatologist would be a good idea about now.

Also, don't scrub ,it it seems to stimulate the oil glands, so just wash gently. I like to use Purpose soap, its very gentle and helps me without drying. Best wishes.
