You can get bottles to feed kittens, and milk at pet stores, but you want to call around first to make sure that they have it, hate to see you waste all your time. She will take milk until she's about 6 weeks old, and then you can start her on the solids.
At that time you're going to want to show her where the litter box is several times a day so that she starts picking up on where she needs to do her business.
Lastly, they tell you not to apply powder to the kittens because it can be toxic to them. So, get a weak flea shampoo, and dilute it quite a bit before using it on the kitten, this might alleviate the itch at least a bit, and then change the bedding, so that the eggs aren't redepositing on the kitten. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Treating tinies for fleas is real tricky. What has worked perfectly for me in the past has been first to clean all their bedding-replace dirty with clean, then spray the area (with babies removed, of course). Then, I spray lightly (not saturate) a washcloth or hand towel with a high quality flea killer. I then wrap the baby's body only in the towel and hold them being careful they don't inhale fumes or get it on their face. It works great. What I also do is when I make up their sleeping area again, I sprinkle a little flea powder under the bedding.
