I mean what all exercices are to be followed inorder to maintain a good body structure.

    I am a firm beliver if you walk 30 minute a day, and it is an awesome way to loose weight.

      I really would suggest to reduce what you put in your body food wise because exercise will not do it alone. No matter how much and how hard you exercise but you don't watch how much and how hard you eat - exercise can not work effectively.

      Although if you will not have a lot - and only healthy food - even though you don't exercise you will still lose weight-guaranteed.

        You could try fat burning exercise such as swimming, running and cycling. I agree with the above answer as well, walking is good and not too draining physically.

        I'am 17 and i have 56k in my weight what you think will be can reduce my fat if i  want without any exercise
