    Can A Landlord Charge A $100 Fee For Month To Month Rental Giving Only A 15 Day Notice?

    On June 15 my landlord gave me notice that on July 1 if I did not sign a lease there would be a 100.00 fee for renting month to month.

    If this was not discussed, before no, just like you given him a 30 day notice to move out the same should be given on a month to month unless otherwise stated.
