Of course!  Both my parents have brown eyes and I have blue eyes.  Remember that the parents are not the only ones we inherit things from.  Some traits come from grandparents and so on.  It is the same with hair color.  We don't always look exactly like our parents!  I am the only child in my immediate family with blue eyes however both sets of my grandparents have blue eyes.

That is very possible. Both of my parents have brown eyes and all three of my siblings have blue eyes. Out of all 4 of us kids, I was the only one that ended up with my parents dark features. The 3 of them all have fair skin, blonde hair, & blue eyes.

They shouldn't be able to, because the if either of the parents had a brown-eyed gene they would have brown eyes, since it is dominant over blue and green, and this means that there is no brown-eyed gene to pass on. It can work out the other way around however - if both parents had brown eyes they could still both have a blue-eyed gene, which is dominated by the brown-eyed gene, and if they both passed the blue onto the child it would have blue eyes. Sorry if that sounded rather complicated...
