Do Niacin's Work To Pass A Urine Test?

Yes it does. Keep in mind that the effects vary per person depending on weight, urinary frequency, metabolism, and smoking frequency. Never listen to someone who says it doesn't work. I've been testing for a year and a half now every Monday and Thursday. I smoke Monday after I take my test and all day on Tuesdays. I pop 2 500 milligram niacin on Wednesday and 2 more on Thursday hours prior to my test. I drank lots of water and voilà!! My test is always clean ( or I would be in jail ). I also smoke Thursdays after testing all the way thru Saturday. I pop 2 on Sunday and 2 Monday prior to by urine. I actually just popped 2 about 3 hours ago and I will pass my test later on today when I take it. Make sure u drink lots of water and pee frequently after popping the niacin. The niacin loosens your fat cells ( which contain the THC ) and puts them in your blood which ultimately ends up in your urinary tract. So if u pop niacin and don't piss enough prior to testing u run the risk of all the THC coming out in the piss u take for the test. I failed my first 2 test in January 08 because I had yet to determine how niacin worked for MY body. Since then I passed every one. The 2 I failed, I smoked the night before the test and popped the niacin right after I smoked, as I said this didn't work. I thought niacin didn't work. Then I made sure I gave my body 1 full day of being smoke free and pop 2000 my of niacin prior to testing, not a worry in the world. Please don't listen to naysayers that say it doesn't work, IT DOES, that's y I am replying to u now or I would be in jail. GNC sells bottles of 100 for about $8 bucks. Be wary, there is a flushing sensation u will experience. Not unbearable, just uncomfortable (burning, itching) ( my nose actually leaks until the cleansing is over). In a nutshell, be sure to stop smoking at least a whole 24 hours prior to the test(maybe longer depending on how heavy u smoke), drink a days worth of water as quickly as possible, URINATE FREQUENTLY ( the more the better your chances ate that u peed all of the THC out of your system prior to the test ) and most IMportantly, TRUST ME, it WORKS. Follow these guidelines and I'll guarantee a clean test( btw, I only smoke weed, don't know if it works for them other exotic drugs.

Yes it works! Don't use the "flush free" variety (flush meaning the sunburned feeling you get with regular Niacin won't be there.) I take 600-1000mg 2-4 hours before hand and drink plenty of water. (don't drink more than 2quarts and hour. Water intoxication can kill you.) Also, if you are worried about diluted urine, eating red meat for a few days before, or drinking a creatin shake can up your urines specific gravity to counteract the diluted urine thing. If sucks to take so much Niacin, and I don't recommend it if you CAN avoid it, but it works. Creatin shakes are a suppliment used by people who want to build muscle. It can be found in GNC stores, or even at WalMart with the body buildign suppliments. Good luck.

I was definitely a skeptic about this one... But to my amazement... It works!!!! My god what a discovery.  If you want to refrain from getting the flush, I suggest you take a break from smoking for a couple of days and take 1 500 mg tablet every single day... Go for long walks and drink plenty of water and cranberry juice.  Guaranteed to pass with flying colors... Shazaaaaam!!!

Niacin will provide very little, if any, help in passing this test.
