She is losing her hair in clumps with a scap on the shaft end. She is already completely bald on her belly and underneath thighs and is starting to thin every where else and she has scabs on her neck and is going bald there she is an indoor cat 7 years old spayed

Give it bath with good antibiotic shampoo. These are available in the market. Give it good food.
