I scare from every person.I cant be able to beat anyone who is doing wrong things to me.How can I solve that?

If you find that you are scared of being around other people then simply take it slowly. Don't jump in the deep end and try loads of people, start off with a couple of people and gradually build up with the more confidence you get. You can always consult your Doctor who will give you more advice as it's not an unknown condition. You'll find there are plenty more people with the same problem.

The best way is to compose yourself ,if you want to face others.This will enable you to feel confident in front of others.Remember if you believe in your abilities ,no one would be able to scare you .
