Who Was The Famous Father Of Susan In Terry Pritchett's Disc World Series?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Discworld is a sequence of fantasy novels written by Terry Pratchett and set on Discworld, which is a flat world that's on the back of a giant turtle. The novels are comic and satirical, and often parody ideas from the likes of Tolkien, Robert E. Howard and H.P. Lovecraft. There is also a lot of myth, folklore and fairy tales, with them being used quite often to parallel current issues.

Pratchett's character 'Susan' features in the Death stories. She is the granddaughter of Death and later becomes the main character. Susan Sto Helit features in Soul Music, Hogfather, and Thief of Time, three of Pratchett's Discworld novels. Her parents are Mort and Ysabell. Ysabell was Death's adopted daughter and Mort was Death's apprentice briefly. After leaving Death's domain, they become Duke and Duchess of Sto Helit, with Susan being their only child.
