    My Daughter Has Asked Me To Be Granted, They Said For Back Rent And Bills And Damaged Passed The Deposit, What Does That Mean? Am I Responsible For A Fire Or Just Damage To The House Fixtures And Fittings?

    I need to know is damage only for fixtures and fittings and what happens if there is a fire that goes through the house.

    Not, exactly. The tenant is responsible for every thing goes wrong in house. So, in that case, you are responsible but there are few exception to this rule. You may ask for inquiry if you are innocent in that case you would be able to save your money.
