OK for some times now my dog has been getting a lump under her left eye. It goes away after a few days but this time she has it again but now its more large and its bleeding. Please help me.

You really need to have a vet look at it but it sounds as though it might be a cyst of some sort.
Get your dog to the vet.

Normally swollen eye or a lump on eye indicates a disease known as Cherry eye but in this case your dog seems to have tumor. You should get its tests to know if it is tumor or not. Get its biopsy done soon. But if it is just an infection then this infection is not a minor infection anymore because it has started bleeding. First of all examine its eye closely if you feel any wound. It can also be in the result of wound or sting of an insect.
