I need a new work out plan that is healthy and safe. I want to loose weight but mostly stay in shape. I want a website that gives me a goood workout plan fix for me and my body.

Wake up early in the morning and go out for some exercise. Do heavy breakfast and concentrate on your studies or job. Take rest in evening or go to some park for walk or refreshment.

- Healthy Food / Plenty Veg/Fruit (especially breakfest)
- Drink plenty of water (replace coffee/tea/soft drinks with water/fruit juice)
- Replace Car/Bus journeys with cycling/walking
- Go for a jog/run/long walk daily
- Try be more active and ditch the long hours of tv/internet
- To top it all off, a daily (or at least 3 times a week) swim.
- If you smoke, stop :)
Does the trick. You feel much better, and with time look much better.
