How Do You Transfer Pictures From A Motorola Cell Phone To A Computer With A USB?

Answer Question

If you have a USB cable handy, you need to connect it to your computer. All PCs and laptops have a USB port, you need to locate it and connect the USB cable to your PC or laptop. You also have to keep in mind that your Motorola USB cable is compatible with the USB port in your PC or laptop. Once connected, click on the option "Removable device" in my computer, the folder containing all the pictures on your cell phone will open. All you need to do it copy the files from that folder on to the storage drive on your computer. If the USB you have is not compatible, either you can buy the connector which is or take your Motorola phone to a store and find the one that fits, you might need software from the phone manufacturer to down load the pictures through USB. Sometimes, this software comes with the phone. If not, you can opt to purchase or download it from the internet.

Well this is exactly what I did. After my laptop downloaded my phone as a device i couldn't find it anywhere on my laptop. In any file or folder, motorola was found no where.... Even though my laptop said it installed my phone as new hardware. So figure. Any ideas? Help

I have a K.R.Z.R. And once you get into the phone you click on folders which is across the top beside search and then a drop down of all the folders on your phone will show up on the left...click on the one that says "motorola" with a "+" symbol out front and then it'll drop down...then click the "+" in front of the one that says "u.s.r." and it should drop the same...and then there should be like 8 folders and one will say "pictures"...that's if you don't have them saved on a memory card....if they are on the memory card you do the same as before up until where you click on "motorola"... Instead of clicking on that you click on the "+" symbol in front of the "shared" folder and it should have the same folders as the other one and you click on the "pictures" one.
      Hope this helped (:
