Are There Any Hamsters Close To Where I Live?
I need to find a Hamster or a Guinea Pig.

Well, it would be helpful if you let us know where (in general) you are talking about. Do you need wild ones? If not any pet shop, typically carry an assortment of rodents for pet purposes. They are relatively cheap for a pet as well. I like rats more than hamsters, hamsters tend to like to bite and I think rats are more intelligent overall. Guinea pigs are a good choice, but don't let them get too hot, no cages in direct sun and such they die easily from heat.
