How Do I Get To Unresolved Issues?

    For me psychotherapy works. I have been going twice a week for the past 11 years. We all have
    irrational patterns and issues we just can't deal with alone.  Most feelings, perceptions, and behavior are not chosen or established on a conscious level. Clearly most of us would not engage in such time consuming thoughts and silly behavior on purpose. But these habits develop outside of awareness (and non verbally) where we can’t get at them. It is very helpful to talk about these things to someone who  is non judgemental and where you feel safe. I only feel that way with my therapist.
    I have Insurance but it did not cover it all so now I just pay her cash at a very low rate. Best of luck to you...
