The dog should be getting all the vitamins and minerals from the dog food. However if you do wish to feed the dog meat, then it should be cooked all the way through. Call the vet tomorrow, and see if there is something you can get over the counter for them, or see if they want you to take the pup in. Hope this helps, good luck.

Have your veterinarian examined the worm you found in the vomit to make sure it is identified correctly.  Also this dog needs to have a fecal examination done to rule out other intestinal parasites.
Tapeworms can be spread through uncooked meat or from ingestion of an affected flea.  I would start your dog on flea preventative.  Discuss your current diet with your veterinarian to make sure it is balanced and not where these parasites originated from.  I do not like raw diets and recommend cooking all meats when feeding a natural or home made diet.

Dogs will get worms no matter if they are inside or outside dogs.  If it is just worms and you have noticed them.  I would say you don't need to take the dog in.  Just go to the vet and buy the medicine.  It is rather cheap, around $5.00 or so.  It comes in a syringe and is usually flavored.  It usually helps right away.  You just squirt it in the dogs mouth, and they are usually good about it.  Your vet can tell you how often to deworm your dog.  It needs to be done on a routine basis every few months, I believe.  I have had dogs get worms, when they get really bad, the dog may have a seizure.  Your dog should be getting enough vitamins in its dog food like tiggersmom said.  Just make sure the meat is cooked well, etc.  Good luck.

If you wish to self-treat, just make sure to continue treatment until no worms appear in stools, then for a bit longer. Tapeworms are harder to kill and often come out in segments (meaning the rest of the worm is still attached to the bowel)
