Can I Get Fired For Inter-office Dating?

Well, it depends on the rules and regulations of a particular office. But generally it is not prohibited. And you can not get fired for interoffice dating. About this guy who is bugging you, you can complain against him. He is probably going to get fired on charges of sexual harassment.

Most jobs will tell you that from the very beginning.  The majority of them out there say that interoffice dating is allowed as long as you are on the same "level" As long as neither one is at a higher position it is allowed.  However it sounds to me like that really isn't something that you want to do, so i wouldn't really worry about it.  If the guy won't leave you alone about it just politely tell him that you are not interested and he needs to leave you alone.  Then if he persists remind him of sexual harassment in the work place and just tell him firmly that you are not interested and even though you don't want any problems that if he persists you will turn him in.  It is a tough situation but sometimes you have to just get firm with people to make them back off.  Good luck

Yeah! That is really a case to case basis.. It really depends on the company you are working for as long as your performance at work is not affected then go for it.  If he is forcing you to do it don't do it.. You could sue him for sexual harassment..  (^_^)
