My Cat Will Vomit After He Hasn't Eaten In A Few Hours And Then Vomit Shortly After,this Happens Everyday What Could This Be?
Could this be a sensitive stomach?

My cat has been sick for the past 3 days and yesterday he was being sick so i opened the door so he could do it outside he went into his little outdoor kennel and when i checked on him during the night he had gone and hasn't come back since i think he may of gone off to die he was 17 year old i feel like it was my fault for not bringing him back indoors

One of my cats will sometimes get a sick if she eats too fast, eat anything with grass (including treats) or chases the other one right after eating. I would take him to your vet and have him checked out. It may not or may not be a sensitive stomach, if it is happening everyday.

If feeding dry food it could be an allergy to one of the ingredients. Try changing food brands, and feed in smaller increments, some cats gouge to vomiting. Your vet can test for something more severe.
