Projects are often rolled out to achieve immediate value and solutions in the long run. A roll out of a project can be done through 4 simple steps: establishing a foundation by defining the concerns and long-term objective of the project. Second step is to start the roll out with short-term initiatives of monitoring the project. Third step is, coming up with long term solutions and focus on improvement the process in the project. The fourth and the final step are to support and improve the project and conduct day to day activities without a break to refine the project.
