It is and industrial machine, used for sewing leather, shoes, belts.... I am trying to find a manual as well. Please Help!

There are lots of machines that have series model number like this one so no one can predict until you do not mention any brand name or any mark to identify this sewing machine. Tippman boss sewing machine is one that is mostly used for leather sewing. I cannot tell you manual until i know machine name or brand.
