Only if the other two roommates agree to it...or if you find someone else to fulfill the lease for you.

I hate to tell you this but you cant breach any type of contract unless you want to be sued. Sorry but thats the law of America.

The easiest thing is to just find someone to take over your portion of the lease. If you just up and leave and you guys end up in court, they will find you liable for 3 months of your rent payments, which is deemed a reasonable amount of time for them to find a new roommate. No new "contract" you might be able to work out with your roommates will supercede the lease agreement so if they agree to just let you leave, you must have them sign you off the lease and sign a new one without you on it.
