Is It Against The Law?
If I was 14 when I got pregnant, and the father is 16. I'll turn 15 in Jan. And the baby should be here May 2009. The father turns 17 Aug. 6th. Is it against the law since he's an adult by law even though he was a father at 16?

Well I'm 15 and soon to be 16 and my fiance is 17 and his birthday is in september and we are having a baby and should be here by march and i don't think it's against the law at all as long as you two are in love and know your going to be together forever and your parents approve of it then there should be no problem but 14 is a little too young to be pregnant you could have a lot of complications!! Just be careful and eat right

This is a shady area, I think though that since you were both underage at the time of conception, then it might not, be against the law. You need to talk to a lawyer about this to make sure. Hope this helps.

I am saying that juvenile might not arrest him, and that they need to talk to a lawyer about this to further find out what they need to know. I am not saying that underage relations are legal. You have misunderstood me.
