    Literature review is a common phenomena in the literary world. It is a vital part of all kinds of educational and research reports. A Literature review, as the name suggests evaluates the past researches and knowledge on the topic in hand.

    It is a method in reporting through which the research on a particular topic is justified. That is why it is followed by a research proposal. It gives a comprehensive overview on the current topic by quoting all the significant researches done in the past and the need for future research in that area.

    It has complete referencing of the quoted text presented in a logical flow. Use of terminology and referencing is also very important in this case.
