Every time i play bioshock for a few minutes my pc keeps turning off

You may not have enough resources available to run the game, this is why your P.C. Is turning itself off. If you have alot downloaded and stored on your hard-drive that you are not using, old games, etc. Delete them and Defragment your P.C. Hope this helps. Good-Luck.

Damm3, you're a bit off on this one. If the game is installed, the hard drive has little to do with it. If anything, it won't shut off the computer.
A1807: Try updating your video/sound card drivers and install the latest release of Direct X. You can also try turning down the video settings in Bioshock to something more appropriate for your PC as well.
If that doesn't help, soak your computer overnight in a bathtub. That'll loosen up any dust that may be clogging up your cooling fans.
