The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) basically is an athletics organization comprising of eight colleges and universities based in Philippines. Started in the year 1924, the NCAA is said to be the oldest athletic organization in Philippines.
The Philippine of NCAA is not linked to the NCAA of America. The Policy Board and the Management Committee administers the dealings of the league. The Board as well as the Committee is made of individuals selected from eight member school. The primary objective of this organization is to resolve the acceptance and suspension of member schools, game reversal as well as replays, along with other official duties.
Throughout the estimated year long season lasting from June to March, every school takes part in a total of eleven sports and every sport is carried in two divisions.
