The best way to find out for sure, is to go donate blood. When you donate, they will send you a donor card in the mail with your blood type on it. My father is O+ and My mother is B+ and I am O+ and so is my sister. Good-Luck

It is totally possible if your father is O blood group, and you are A for him to be your biological father. However, it depends on the blood group of your mother. She would either have to be A or AB for him to be your biological father...I'll try and explain if you like.
The gene that codes for your blood group is determined by the presence of two alleles (sub gene things). Basically the allele for the O blood group is recessive, meaning both the alleles your father has determining blood group must be the O allele. Whereas the allele for blood group A is dominant. This means even if you only have one allele for blood group A and the one you inherited from your father (which is the O allele) you'll be blood group A. So basically, your mother (who gave you the other allele) has to have and passed on the allele for blood group A which is only present IF she is either blood group A or blood group AB. If she is either of these it is still possible he is your biological father. The positive aspect of your blood group is irrelevant in this instance. So you'll need to find the blood group of your mother to be sure.
