Sit in a quite room, take in slow deep breaths while listening to soothing music, thinking of a place that is so beautiful to you, maybe take a walk and see what nature has done for us not thinking about all your troubles, leave them out in the trash.

I saw this on Oprah, take a deep breath through your nose and hold it for 5 to 7 seconds, and then release it by pushing hard through your mouth. Do that about 3 or 4 times and you will notice a big difference.In between the deep breaths, breath normal a couple of times. On the show they called it Oprah's valium.
