First off MRSA is not hard to notice. Of coarse they will run a high fever, and if they have a wound, you will see pus drainage from that area and it will have a slight odor to it. The wound just looks worse everyday until the antibiotics kicks in. The area will be red and hot. They may exhibit signs of the flu also. It makes you very weak and it is hard to get rid of. MRSA is a contact disease, so if you were around someone with MRSA or has been around someone themselves and didn't wash there hands is another mode of transfer.
