It was Professor Mary N. Lar, until mid November 2006 when she was suddenly recalled. There is controversary about why she was recalled, there have been many allegations of corruption among minor Embassy officials in Holland since, with several being sacked and sent home. Counter accusations of ethnic prejudice are being hurled about.
