Your agreement is with your landlord not her mortgage company. You must continue to pay your rent as stated in your rental agreement until you are required to move by the mortgage company at that time or should you choose to move prior due to the situation you could try to take the landlord to small claims court. The county that you live in should have a housing authority to call and ask more specific questions to. Good Luck!
