    Rights of Partners:
    Following are the rights of partners in the absence of partnership agreement.
    Every partner has a right to take part in the conduct of the business.
    Every partner has a right to express his opinion relating to business matters. The majority of the partners settle routine matters while the policy matters are decided with the mutual consent of all the partners.

    Every partner has a right to inspect and verify types of records of the firm.
    Every partner shall have an equal share in the profit and loss of the business in case of no agreement among the partners, otherwise according to the terms and conditions of deed.
    A partner has the right to act in emergency to protect the firm from loss.
    A partner has a right to see and ensure that the property of the firm is held and used exclusively for the purpose of business.

    A partner has a right to be compensated by the firm in respect of expenses incurred by him or any losses suffered by him in the conduct of his business.
    A partner has a right to retire from the business with the consent of all the partners, according to agreement and by giving a notice to all partners.
