I am searching for the same Ip address,the person is trying to sell me a truck, so I am investigating to see if ti legit

I have been getting love letters from this IP address for two months, some girl in Russia who needs help.

I was just scammed out of money for a camera that never existed from this ass

They are now attempting to give away a "free truck" on Craig's list...    Probably a scam to get email addresses.

Yes this same person hit here in oregon , trying to sell a van on craigslist. I was interested until i found out its out of state. He says he is a lt. Army .  Anyhow he wants to sell it through the trust protection on ebay. What a joke. I looked up his ip address and found you guys.

Tried to scam me! Has a job for a nanny position listed on craigslist and asked if "his client" could send me $3000 because he couldnt get the money from him and wanted me to cash the check for him and send it to him.  He told me he was from the UK (Southampton) and his name was jeff.  Dont let him fool you!

Same thing with me.  Selling an espresso machine on craigslist and he said he wants to buy it but needs to know full name and address and phone number and all that jazz.  No way!  Total scammer

The ip address is located in Mountain view california it is the ip for all gmail accounts tho. The people who i've found to be scammers use not just gmail but a variety of emails so sometimes it will lead you to 209.85.147.18 if its gmail sometimes to yahoos ip depending on what email they use. But if you are here checking to see if someone selling anything on ebay, classifieds etc from love letters, cars, pets is legit. Chances are if it sounds too good to be true it is, i recently found someone with a gmail account who was a scammer i got their number but it lead to a mtn cellphone with a douala cameroon cellphone number (which cameroon borders nigeria. They pretty much are just trying for you to do a new way of nigerian scam and since they use a cell phone it is harder to track them down with no location address. If you fall for any scams telling you to buy something via escrow ,through shipping companies where they will send you nothing,cash check. You prob will never see your money. Your money just prob went in offshore nigerian bank account

Answered a driver position from a kijiji ad. Was suspicious from the beginning because of excessive money the sender was going to pay to chauffeur their relatives around. Likewise, the sender had a traditional English name but couldn't write coherent sentences. In the last correspondence, sender was asking me all of my personal information including phone, address, email, state, postal code. I searched the email on google and came here to this comment page.
