Answer Question

Sorry to dissapoint ya but no one knows who created football but it is thought to have been created or developed in england or somewhere in south america. You know it's a very simple game so we even don't know when or in which era was it developed. Its probably 10000 years old. The rulz were certainly different those days but

the modern football was developed around 1880s.

    now to your 2nd Q.

actually from the days of its modern form in england it has been called FOOTBALL. The americans and australians didn't know what to call it so they called it football. The name "football" to american football played by the americans is taken from our football...........

It was said that the chinease in the 2nd and 3rd centeruary played a form of soccer
but soccer was organized into a real sport in 1863 in england
The name was football but in england sometimes they used a sort of slang by adding "er" to shortened words
And also at that time the FA was formed (football Association)
They used the Soc from Association and added "er" which made Soccer =D
