How To Keep Cake Fresh For Birthday Party?
Making a Fondant layer on cake and wondering how far ahead i can make it and where to store it at what temp. I don't have much free time before party HELP

If your using a fondant,and covering the whole cake you can leave the cake out for a couple of days,just cover it with a tea towel or if you have a container just leave it in there.
If you are just going to cover the top,i would put it in the fridge for a couple of days.
