           Omega Shenron is a supernatural being who is featured in the game Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 made for PlayStation 2. Omega Shenron is also known as Yi Xing Long and is considered to be a very powerful evil dragon in the game. The special move of Omega Shenron is known as Minus Energy Power Ball.

           In order to execute such a move, you need to press the four main buttons of the controller which are the square, circle, triangle and the 'x' all together in the hyper mode. In order to enter hyper mode, you need to press 'L2'. The move will be executed if perfect timing exists. The opponent can face up to more than 1200 damage. This move has the maximum number of damage compared to other moves of Omega Shenron in the game.
