I need to know what drinking waters are best. I always thought Spring Water was best as it still had all the minerals but was from the best and safest source.

According to a recent release, the best water for you is tap water. There are too many chemicals that they use in distilled water that are causing illness' in people.
There's extra zinc and amino's and coppers, stuff like that, that are making people sick. Tap water is best for you, whether you like to think it is or not.
